Holiday Cuppa - this Sat, Dec 5th:
It's not too late to RSVP to join in the Holiday Cuppa. All members are welcome.  Bring a wrapped gift for the kids at the RCH (make note of boy/girl and age range) and $10 contribution, and enjoy some egg nog and nibbles.

Plan to join the AWA for Valentine cocktails at the Consul General's home, Sat., Feb 13 from 6-8pm.

Volunteering: 

The 2010 Corporate Committee is still looking for some helping hands

The 2010 Corporate Golf Day is set for Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at the beautiful Kingston Heath Golf Club (where Tiger Woods plays when he's in town!). For golf lovers and even non-golf lovers - this is a fun and unique event to participate in or help to organize.

The Thanksgiving Day to Remember was a great success. Thanks to the hard working Thanksgiving Day Committee lead by Shelian Hastings.  Watch this space for full details on the monies raised in the New Year!

Most of our Social Groups are on hiatus through mid January and early February - so make sure to join in the Holiday Cuppa to get your fill of social time!

Gillian Stratman informs: 'Small Kindergarten in Malvern has limited 4 year old places available for 2010':
Little St Margarets is a lovely, nurturing place with a high child to teacher ratio - due to government funding changes, they have a couple of places available in their 4 year old rooms. It is normally impossible to get your child in here! Several AWA member's children are currently attending this kinder. If you're interested, call Julia on 9822 7106 ASAP.
