Volunteering

Trick or Trunk Volunteers Needed
If you don’t have kids, we could definitely use your help with setting up, helping with a game/activity or cleaning up. You may have an older child who needs community service hours – we’d love to help them out by having them volunteer at our Halloween event.  Please contact Tracy Warman if you can help.

AWAre 'Mailing' Volunteer Needed
The AWAre is looking for someone to help with mailings. It's a 2-3 hour commitment every other month and is an important service to our membership.  Please contact Melanie Hughes for more information.

 Fundraising:

The 'Rock n' Ghoul' (Adults) Halloween party is a fundraiser with proceeds going to the RCH.  Vital Software has generously stepped up to sponsor the event, and FAS (that's our President Teranne's husbands band) have generously donated their time to get the party cranking.  This ensures the costs of your ticket goes to the hospital.  Please spread the word: invite friends, family and co-workers and let's 'coffin it up' for charity!
Pay online with Paypal and contact Meredith if you have any questions.

Want to know what else is happening at the RCH in terms of fundraisers for other auxiliaries?  Check out the new section on the website:  'The RCH' in the top menu bar.  Check out their upcoming event 'Cuppa for the Kids'.
