Welcome to another edition of Stars And Stripes E-Newsletter, keeping you up to date with what's happening with the AWA!
Looks like a good number of you have gone and edited your profile and signed up on the website, which is great! But at present, we only have 102 'online' members - which means over half of you have still not signed up for the website!

Membership Renewals:
The Renewal of Memberships deadline has past. Anyone who has yet to renew your membership please do so today! Membership renewals final deadline is August 15th, and then late fees apply.
To renew your membership now simply click here or mail in your form that accompanied the latest issue of AWAre.
If renewing online, please make sure to update your profile FIRST. Please fill out every field (yours may already have your name in it, but please fill them all out). This will ensure that the AWA is updated on all of your interests, etc.

Volunteers Needed:
We need volunteers to help with Family Halloween Party,
scheduled for October 28. Are you willing to help with any of the
following activities: running a game, picking up pizza, directing traffic
in the car park, party-set up or tear-down, making baked goodies, judging a
costume contest, face painting? Please contact Jennifer Smart on 9859

like to volunteer your help.
New Coordinators Needed!
Every thought of leading an activity? Have a social idea you would
like to implement (board game night?, Gourmet Dinners? Rollerblading?)
The AWA is in need of a new activity coordinator for Golf. If you are interested in being the golf coordinator, or have another activity group that you would like to start up, please contact Lisa Bowman

Ladies, I've enjoyed working on the newsletter and website, but with the new board year upon us, new members have stepped up so that I can focus more efforts on getting PR for our organization. From hence forth, Charlene Johnston (no relations!), Director of Member Communications, will be stepping in to organize Stars and Stripes. Mischelle Hodge has stepped back in to lead the Website.
