AWA ACCEPTING LAST-MINUTE RESERVATIONS TO THE AWA BALL!!

There is still time to reserve your spot at the 2008 AWA Ball on Friday, June 20th!!  The AWA Ball, with the theme of "Beauty with a Purpose" will be held again at the Crown Towers and promises to be a spectacular event.  There will be live music, dancing and dinner included!  The cost is $150.00 per person and all AWA members are invited to pay by PayPal.  Simply go to the AWA website, www.awamelbourne.org and click on PayPal.  If you have any questions, please contact the Ball Chair, Cindy Hawkins here.  We look forward to seeing you at the Crown!!!

ALL AWA MEMBERS INVITED TO UPCOMING COFFEE MORNING!

Tennille Bungers has graciously agreed to host June's Coffee Morning and we invite everyone to come!  The Coffee will be held this Friday, June 13th at 10:00 a.m.  If you would like to RSVP or need further information, please call Tennille at 9830 6264.

THE ROYAL CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL IS HOSTING A GOOD FRIDAY APPEAL CELEBRATION!

The Royal Children's Hospital has invited all AWA members to attend the RCH Good Friday Appeal Celebration on Friday, June 27, 2008.  The evening includes dinner at the Ella Latham Lecture Theatre at RCH and all attendees should arrive at 5:00 p.m. for a 5:30 start.  To RSVP, please email goodfridayappeal@hwt.com.au or call 9292 1166.  All RSVPs need to be received by June 20th.  We hope to see you there!

MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS COMING UP!

It's almost that time again!  Current membership fees will be due soon.  The yearly membership fee will be $50.00.  With this fee, all members will receive continued access to AWARE magazine, the Stars and Stripes newsletter, a wonderful network of friends, as well as invitations to fun and exciting events throughout the year!  More details on how to renew online using PayPal will be forthcoming in the next Stars and Stripes.
